Background:
Dr. Ala Alquran graduated from Jordan University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor`s degree in Dental Surgery in 2008. She began her journey in dentistry in in an orthodontic center in South Korea in 2009, where she accompanied her family. There, she learnt the basic principles in orthodontic treatment planning and the different types of appliances used in patient management.

Thereafter, Dr. Ala travelled to Australia and had the chance to further widen her experience by observation of a limitless number of dental treatments covering all aspects of dentistry, from restorative to surgical to prosthetic and esthetic and orthodontic treatments.

In 2016, she started her own private practice in her home country, Jordan, where she had the chance to implement the knowledge and experience she have gained overseas. She was committed to attending workshops and lectures in prosthetic and restorative dentistry, so that she could be always up to date with the latest technologies and advances in her specialty.

In 2021, she travelled to UAE where she finished her DHA licensing exams from the first attempt and joined Bright Smile Dental Center in early 2023.

Dentistry for Dr. Ala is far more than a profession, it is a passion and joy, a combination of science and art, a chance to help people to improve their self-confidence and achieve their aspirations, and finally, it is an ethical commitment towards her patients.
